You can print a pension application here or call the fund office at 773-685-0340. Please note, pension applications cannot be faxed or emailed. Pension applications must be delivered in person to the fund office or mailed with the required original documents enclosed. Who is Eligible for Legal Assistance Benefits?

As an employee in a collective bargaining unit of a contributing employer, you will be eligible for legal assistance benefits as outlined below. Your employer must make contributions to the Legal and Educational Assistance Fund on your behalf for you to be eligible. Generally, your participation begins on the first day of your fourth month of employment.
